myhealth is available to eligible public service workers, contractual workers and retirees, including qualifying employees, contractual workers and retirees or pensioners.
Eligible spouses and children may also be added, subject to the applicable requirements.

You may be eligible if you are employed by the Government of The Bahamas on a fixed-term contract that has been in effect for at least three months, and you meet the programme’s other eligibility requirements.
Eligible pensioners and retirees may join myhealth at the applicable retiree rates. You must be domiciled in The Bahamas.
Retirees who have been rehired in the public service contribute at the relevant retiree rate.
This is your opportunity to enrol with no medical exam, no underwriting and pre-existing conditions covered. Once Open Enrolment closes, these benefits may no longer apply.

As part of your digital enrolment, authorize the deduction of your selected myhealth plan from your salary.
Check that your personal details, selected plan and payroll deduction authorization are correct, then submit your enrolment.
Once you have completed your enrolment and payroll authorization, your file is sent digitally to the plan administrators for review and completion. They will email you a secure link to complete the final authorizations.
Once enrolment is complete, download your digital myhealth card and you're covered.
